The Orthoscan FD was the first unit to incorporate flat detector technology in a Mini C-Arm. The Orthoscan FD is a great option because of the smaller and lighter weight C and image receptor compared to the Image Intensifier based systems. This is a less expensive option compared to a new Mini C-Arm with most of the same features. The Orthoscan FD comes with a 6″x5″ detector with resolution of 2k x 1.5k. This unit is great for surgery centers, doctors’ offices, hospital systems and many more applications.
